With this basic package, you have already selected and retained your wedding ceremony/reception venues and vendors. Approximately one month before your wedding, I step in to ensure seamless wedding day execution by providing the services offered below...

This package pricing starts at $800 and includes the following:

• A meeting with the bride and groom to discuss their vision of the day's flow
• Contact made with all vendors prior to the event to confirm and discuss day-of details
• On-going consultation provided via email and telephone
• Attendance at and coordination of the ceremony rehearsal (2 hour maximum)
• Set-up of reception extras on the day of (name tents, favors, gift area, etc...)
• Supervision of the wedding ceremony and reception to ensure a smooth run (8 hour max)
• Distribution of final payments to all vendors
