This is your route to a simply stress-fee day! With this package, you have selected and retained your wedding ceremony/reception venues and vendors. Approximately six months before the wedding, I step in so that you can step back and simply enjoy the approaching festivities.

This package pricing starts at $1,500 and includes the following:

• Meetings with the bride and groom to determine their vision of the day's flow and to discuss vendor and site details/special instructions/concerns; vendor contracts will be reviewed
• Tracking of and email reminders for vendor payment obligations
• Creation (and ongoing modification) of your wedding day timeline
• Etiquette guidance (seating arrangements, who pays for what, etc...)
• On-going consultation via email and telephone
• Contact made with all vendors prior to the event to confirm and discuss day-of details
• Attendance at and coordination of the ceremony rehearsal
• Set-up of reception extras (name tents, favors, gift area, etc...)
• Supervision of the ceremony and reception to ensure a smooth run
• Distribution of final payments to all vendors
• Delivery of gifts to predetermined location following reception
